I will post a few pictures on this post later today...
Yesterday we went to St. Paul's Cathedral, which for some reason the place looked so familiar to me. I kept starring at it and at dinner we had a view of it from our table. I then realized that it's in Mary Poppins!!! It's where she took the children home from the bank to feed the pigeons and the bird lady was there. Me being the Disney lover I am, this made me very excited!!! Here is the part of the movie where she is singing about it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OvZHglI9bc0 since no one believes me! :) There is another part where the kids give the bird lady money but I can't find that part on YouTube.
We then crossed the river over the Millennium Bridge, SO COOL!
We went to the Tate Modern Museum which had some really cool pieces. I was so excited, I knew five of the paintings artists before looking at the name! There were some very weird pieces I didn't understand but that is a part of modern art.
Then UD paid for us to see a Midsummer Night's Dream at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. The theatre was awesome! The play was good, we couldn't see half of the play though from where we were sitting...
Today were going to the Tower Bridge and I am going to the National Gallery which I keep putting off! Packing tonight for the week of traveling. I leave tomorrow morning at 7!
